You don't have to eliminate it completely. Kids aren't going to do that. But try to get them away from doing it three times a week.
If you can help other people, it puts your problems in perspective. You can always find someone worse off than you are.
In doing so, you might have made a friend or at least an associate that will say good things and make recommendations about you.
If, despite your best efforts, you just absolutely abhor what you are doing, then start looking around to find out what does turn you on. If you are turned on and can generate some sense of passion, then you will be successful.
There's no question we are seeing more and more obese children, ... I don't think we (Arizona's kids) are any better or any worse. We are pretty much like the rest of the country.
