We had two bad innings in those games. The first innings really got to us.
For 16 shots, to score six goals is a lot of goals. But most of the scoring was on errors.
I really thought we played well enough today to win. And everyone contributed in the process.
It was cold - it was 34 (degrees) when we left - but we were real happy Bear River let us play. We haven't seen our field at Sierra in three weeks. You can't even walk in the gate because it's so wet.
We didn't play anywhere near as well as we did yesterday. There were probably 10 to 12 shots we should have taken that we didn't.
Now we'd have to win out (to make playoffs) and there would have to be some strange stuff happen for us realistically having mathematical possibilities.
There was too much defense. We should have pushed the ball up the field more.
Neither team was at full strength because basketball is still going - they were missing six players and we were missing five - but it wasn't a bad game.
