If they can get in there at 930 a.m., they can get a lot done. It's not the most efficient way to do it, but it's better than trying to get in there and work during rush hour.
We have an opportunity here, but there are lots of questions that still need to be answered, and that's what we're working on. If we take this to the public, we've got to be able to show them that we can deliver, because we'll have just one shot to do this right.

We've said all along that it should be eliminated because the highway's official designation is U.S. 421. We get calls all the time from people who are lost because they are mixed up. Calling that road Business 40 does nothing but confuse motorists because they don't know where they're going.
We don't want to waste a lot of money if removing the bridge is the ultimate plan.
