Why not do (the Indiana Toll Road), try it out and come back in a few years for the broader authority
Daniels is taking a 75-year stream of road payments that should be managed by nine governors all for himself. He will be gone in eight years. Why are we in such a rush to give this vast authority to this governor
Maybe we shouldn't embark on such a huge policy change without an independent analysis.
