Houston is not a good shelter city, even if the hotels were not filled. But we have people from New Orleans and the mid-Gulf Coast. They have filled our hotel rooms and may have to leave.
We're a bigger community today just in terms of our heart.
You have to put aside political differences. You have to not care who gets credit.
