I thought it provided a lot of justification for making the improvements.
It should make a big improvement in that area for residents and anyone traveling through.
The big question in the next couple of months will be is it effective to put in the time and money, several years, knowing that if I-99 opens it's going to remove a lot of traffic from the intersection. That, I think, is going to be the big policy question.
