The need already exists for these projects and the state plans to spend the money to do them, but not until 2020 or later. Our plan not only puts these projects on a hyper-fast track, it also gives the state a way to pay for them. That's smart government. Ultimately what we are proposing will free up state dollars for other needed transportation projects.
I've heard that that's the record and I was coming up on it, but I'm really not focused on it. I'm not thinking, 'I've got to make four in the next game,' or anything like that. Obviously, that's awesome to be in the company with a guy like Ray Allen, but I'm really just going to do whatever it takes to win the game.
I think that we definitely believed that we were capable of the things we've done this year. At the beginning of the year there's no question a lot of people doubted us. ...
