Everybody wants difference makers and everybody wants great players. Sometimes, you get a great player that's not a team player and then you have a great player on your team and he might not help you win games.
He used to destroy us (with) three-hour practices. We would spend hours killing each other before games.
It's huge. I think any team in the league would want Pat Noonan and Steve Ralston in their starting lineup -- we certainly want them. They've got a couple of games behind them. I think it should be enough, hopefully it will be.
Some of our defencemen here in the first couple of games have been just outstanding,
If you pitch six or seven innings and give up two runs, you should win those games.
In the SEC, when you get out-rebounded like that, you're not going to win too many ball games.
It's all fun and games, until someone looses an eye...than it's fun and games you can't see anymore.
The next three games are the most important games of the season, ... and it's about to start. We have to stay focused.
That was something to behold. It was another level. I've seen some remarkable games, but I've never seen one like that before.
Even if you accept the reports and the various suggestions in them involving Wayne Gretzky, nothing suggests he was involved in an illegal act. So, we're not engaged in the situation other than following the reports and there's no reason at all for him to not be involved in the games.
They build their team around that ballpark and they always have great pitching. Great arms on the mound, and they do enough things on offense in terms of execution to score enough runs to win. So, they're not going to give you any games.
Bad games happen, but they're not acceptable.
We kind of threw the first punch and kept on punching. We were fortunate enough to put together one of our better games of the (season).
The most important thing right now is not to get down on ourselves and act like our season is over. We still have a lot of important games left. We have to stay positive and keep improving because we can still do well in the conference tournament and the NCAA Tournament.
Everybody talked about giving Charlie Weis four weeks to prepare. That kind of upset me. What about giving coach Tress four weeks to prepare He's four out of five in bowl games.

It may be that all games are silly. But then, so are humans.
And then I see them at the games, and they just go, go, go. I never hear them complain. Heck, they're always so happy to be there. And it reminds me how lucky we are to have them.
Tyler hasn't flinched one bit since the start of the season. It's a lot to put on a freshman, starting our first three games in a row at the D-1 level. He's fundamentally sound and very energized. He made some quality saves, especially at the end. Tyler is just a phenomenal player.
We've made a big stride in the last 10 days, and there's a lot of things that can still happen to this team in a lot of ways. You're 6-6 (in the Big 12) with four games to go. This is when it gets fun.
Lacrosse is fast paced and I like fast paced games. It's demanding physically and has the hardest conditioning of any sport. You are always running if you are not sprinting. It's constant movement.
Players who are going to move on in their hockey careers show up in the big games. To be a great player you have to be a great player in the playoffs.
If you look at the passer rating in all of his playoff games, it rivals anybody's.
We said from the beginning that there were going to be ups and downs, and this is going to be particularly bad because we're playing four games in five nights and we're traveling.
I think we're fried mentally right now. We lost all those close games. Those were all winnable games.
